Pure Silicone Tubing - 1/2" ID x 5/8" OD - High Temp Kink-Free Hose Tube 500F (15 Feet)

If you're tired of hard PVC hoses that crack or collapse when bent, try using silicone tubing instead. Once you use silicone tubing, you won't go back. Silicone is UV resistant; it does not age and deteriorate outdoors. The tube is fairly stiff for silicone, but stretchy, allowing you to make tight turns and stretch it over barbs that are a little too big. This size (1/2 * 5/8) is quite large - perfect for liquid transfers, beer making, or lab work. This tube has a 1.6mm wall and can accommodate a bend radius of approximately 5 inches - you can make a 10 inch wide U-turn without the tube collapsing when empty (12 inch U-turn is recommended). And what is so awesome about silicone, is that even if it collapses, it will spring back without any creases, because the material is incredibly stretchy and resilient to damage.
