Made of cold drawn certified 1541 carbon steel OEM factory material with grade 8 hardware, American u bolts embody extreme strength and maintain OEM handling characteristics. American U-bolts provide an even distribution of pressure to protect against premature spring failure and unwanted movement. Allowances need to be made for all overloads and aftermarket leafs.

  • FITMENT: Square bend to clamp 2.5" wide leafs, 13 3/4" extra-long measured from bottom of bend, 5" thread can be cut down to fit many applications
  • KIT CONTENTS: 4x certified steel square leaf spring axle U-bolts with grade 8 hi-nuts and extra thick washers, clear zinc plated rust protection and Installation Instructions
  • TECHNICAL NOTES: Retighten U-bolts after the first 500 miles, minor settling from new or repaired springs can cause a reduction in clamp force
